Kevin is from Washington, District of Columbia. He is married to Stacy Wilhoit DeCoste. His schools include DeMatha Catholic High School. He later attended University of Virginia (Finance). Kevin's interests include Grandkids, Golf, Shooting Sports, Kayak fishing, NFL, College basketball, Minor League Baseball (Louisville Bats) and Minor League Soccer (Louisville FC).
