Kevin's Story
Life
After high school I realized I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I started working with a major bank in Columbus just to quit a year later to live a fantasy life in California. When that dream was overturned I began employment with a private company caring for profound mentally retarded adults. As this seemed not to be my calling and my life was becoming severely unsettled I decided to join the Army. "What have I done?" I asked myself time and again. While in the Army I became a Licensed Nurse and later was married. eployed to Somalia, Africa for Operation Restore Hope. I supported missions including Operations Desert Shield/Storm; humanitarian aid to Haiti and Task Force Falcon in Kosovo; and the current Global War on Terrorism Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom from the respective unit rear detachments. I have earned an Associate's degree, a Bachelor's degree majoring in Business Administration with a specialization in Health Care, and a Master's degree in Public Administration. I expect to retire from the military and return to Ohio where I have been accepted to The Ohio State University. My wife and I have no children and currently, no pets. Try as we may, we cannot seem to keep pets alive-uh, around.
