Kevin's Story
Life
Currently, I am enjoying life. I travel to Asia very often and I love to meet people from other parts of the world. My wife is from China and am interested in learning Chinese for her. I have one son who is the cutest (has her looks and my height).
School
First I went to West Junior High School (now called West Middle School, I guess); afterward, I went to Stevens High for a brief period of time (about 6-7 months). I liked my time there, but I was a little upset when I was told that I would move to Texas.
I spent about four years in texas and went to Abilene High School. I joined the AFJROTC there and did so-so. I guess that the biggest mistake that I made was that I was too serious about it and did not focus on what was really important... making friends and just having fun! o became more goal oriented and motovated toward having a career and a social life.
I have many fond memories about my time at junior high. From the dances to the meeting people, who I have never forgot, I guess that I cannot really complain. However, I miss many of my firends and would like to meet them again.
As far as high school goes, I guess that it was the same. Sure... there are things that I would love to change, but in the end making mistakes is what life is all about.
College
I took three years off after high school. I then decided to return to college at the age of 21. Graduated from Gonzaga University with a bachelors in Asian Studies (Japanese/Chinese concentration) and two masters, one in business (MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems) and one in Accountancy (Public Accounting) I hope to get my CPA within the next two years.
