Can you believe we are twenty plus years out of high school? Wow! I've been blessed with so many awesome friendships over the years. I have also been fortunate enough to experience the joy and unconditional love my children bring. Like that really proud feeling you get when they make you smile and your chest fills with pride for no particular reason. I have lived amongst the Amish in Northern Indiana; horses, buggy's, hitching posts, out houses (yes, they still use em) and "piss pots" really do exist & it wasn't just something my daddy said. Talk about down to earth, caring, loving people. They are some of the best people I've ever known. I learned it's never too late to go after your dreams. I went back to school a second time a few years ago, earned my 2nd Associates Degree, this time in Nursing. My daughter, Ashley is 19.5 and strangers think were sisters! I love it!
