Life
Howdy,
Since school (20 years ago!), I've been married, divorced, and remarried. I have two children, now 14 and 13, from my first marriage. My daughter, the artist, will start Chico High in the fall and my son, the future rock star, will start Chico Junior; too weird. Currently living in Capay with the family and lots of animals on 40 acres. I commute to Berkeley 3 to 4 days a week as I finish my PhD in Education and work for ...Expand for more
the National Writing Project, which is a professional development network for K-13 teachers whose goal is to improve the teaching of writing. I also work with new teachers helping them to do teacher research in their classrooms. Love my work and my doctoral program, and thank goodness, have a great partner who supports the effort!
