Kimberly's Story
Life
I don't even know who would care to read this, except maybe a couple friends from high school that I'd like to contact. I ended up going to Claremont McKenna College for a 3-2 management engineering degree. I went to UC Berkeley for my last two years and studied industrial engineering. I saw Ashish a couple times in Berkeley. I love to visit there, but it's too crowded for me to live there. Then, I worked for Andersen Consulting for two years in Philadelphia. But, I couldn't stand the corporate culture, plus I needed to do something with my life that meant so...Expand for more

I moved back to Arizona because my mom and sister became really sick at the same time, and I felt it was more important to be with my family than making lots of money at a meaningless job doing tech work. So, I've been working as the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization in South Tucson that works with at-risk youth and low-income seniors. It's called the House of Neighborly Service. Hey, we always need volunteers! I've been there for about 4 1/2 years and it's quite difficult, but very rewarding. By the way, my mom and sister are fine now.
