Kim's Story
Life
I met my husband while in the
Air Force. We were stationed together at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho and assigned to the same shop. We hadn't been married a year when we found ourselves in England, which had been a childhood goal of mine. We spent four years there, then went to Plattsburgh for four years. That was very convenient, as we spent a lot of time driving back and forth to NH to visit family.

pted for early retirement instead of going to Clovis, New Mexico. That made it possible for Jim to get a better assignment and we went to Panama City, Florida. We brought back three live souveniers of our second tour of England...our three children.
When Jim retired from the Air Force, he got a job offer that brought us to our present location of Warner Robins, Georgia. As in our military life, Jim and I are working together. We work for competing companies, yet our offices are across the hallway from each other.
