I'm running a yoga and meditation studio in Seattle. I'm currently in the throes of planing the third annual Realize Your Radiance event. It's an event I created to address how crazy our culture is about beauty and how much energy we waste in response to that. The event is for women,...Expand for more
but given that rather than the pendulum swinging to apply less pressure to women, its' just made it more difficult for many men to have positive body image, there SHOULD (as many of my men friends tell me) be such an event for men as well. I've got an amazing line up of 12 presenters.
