Kimberly's Story
Life
I am the mother of two sons, Matthew Slayton and Bryan Slayton. as well as an Administrative Services Assistant with The State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation.
School
I am proud to say that I graduated from Frayser Baptist Schools, Inc.. FBS was small enough where I received individual attention. Yet, FBS was large enough to experience high school in all its glory. I cherish the relationships made at FBS and only wish that through the years we had not gotten out of touch as we have. pep rallys in the school gym, football games against Skyview, Frayser Blvd. and Mike's Pizza. If I were to change anything about my high school years, I would have liked to have been more confident and less shy. I am outgoing now and see how being this way in high school would have made those years even more special. I feel with confidence, I may have found a way to attend college after high school.
Workplace
I am currently employed by the State of Tennessee where I have worked in increasingly responsible positions since January 2002.
