Life After high school I bummed around a little. I worked as a preschool teachers assistant a waitress and a few other jobs I failed at. I got married had a baby with a severe heart defect who lived a year. After Andrew died I went back to school for my bachelors in nursing. I worked full time, went to school full time and also tutored on the side. I also split with my first husband after we lost the baby. After I got my degree I worked on an oncology floor for a few years. I met my current husband Phil at a party. We dated for a few months then I moved in. I knew a sucker...um, good thing when I saw it. Phil and I have been together for almost 8 years. I stay home and take care of him. I enjoy Historical Recreation and Amateur Rocketry, but not at the same time. My husband is a Ham, KA9Q. I like to sew and I am trying to learn to knit but so far I am not really very good. Mostly I hang out with friends and my dog, Sarah Bernhardt....Expand for more
