Kimberly's Story
Life
Married w/ children. Two to be exact. I have a beautiful little girl and a sweet little boy. I have a wonderful husband and we have been together almost 10 years, married for 7 in 2008. However, I learned that 5'4" women should NOT have babies w/ 6'4" men! Ouch...my son...10lbs. ;)
I work a lot. In my spare time, I am an avid Tae Bo freak! With the kids, hubby and job...that is about my only hobby right now.

Mrs. Guerrazzi is the Director of Learner Services for Instructional Technology Services, Inc. She is responsible for the development, administering, support and tracking of learners and management of the impact of multiple learning agendas on our learner populations.
She is also charged with working with learning leaders and learning content owners to develop processes and infrastructure to guide the use of the professional development to meet specific organizational needs. The need for tracking of teacher education professional development is being driven by the increased requirement for compliance-related training. Mrs. Guerrazzi's position is designed to support these critical needs of the learner and learning leaders.

errazzi worked on a service-related initiative called the 24-7 Rapid Response system to meet the need of growing enrollments of online students at a rate of 100% per semester. The design of the initiative was to respond to students through email within one hour during business hours and 6 hours nights and weekends in order to deliver quality, efficient and comprehensive student service assistance all online. Mrs. Guerrazzi also served as a participant on the Academic Services Operational Plan for the college.
For more than 15 years, Mrs. Guerrazzi has successfully managed and co-owned a family operated full-service restaurant and banquet center. She led the staff training and development. This is where Mrs. Guerrazzi honed in on a lot of her customer service and team building skills and built her human resource knowledge base.
Mrs. Guerrazzi has also held positions as a payroll specialist and legislative intern for a Native American lobbyist in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Guerrazzi is currently working on her Masters in Educational Technology from Central Michigan University. She is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors in International Relations, 1998. She also holds a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Legal Assistance through Lansing Community College, 2000.
