Kimberly's Story
As a survivor of terriorism in '06, Safed, Israel, the North War, I am very much against terrorism. There's nothing worse than having direct hits of Katushas bombs and spending a long time in bomb shelters with no way out of the city, or the country. I did manage to meet an angel named Seven (savan) who gave me her cab, one of only several still mobile during the bombing, after the bus station was bombed for the 1st time, so I could get my kids out of war-torn Israel. and I do not regret. We all (3) came home safely only to suffer from Post Tramatic Syndrom. However, after a few years of therapy, my children are fine, thank G-d. We went back this past March 08 for a psychological "get back on the bike after you fall off" trip which was hugely successful. I'm greatful to be able to tell my story, as so many people involved in terrorism cannot. Hope none of you are every involved in a bombing attack and never have to experience what it truly means to "run for your life".
