We are all seniors again!
Still have homework...fixing things around the home.
Adjustment to having more time doing things is easy.
No boss- can slow down, take many breaks, or just stop and relax....
Great to be able to stay home especially during bad weather.
Now more time to finish projects not finished correctly or even started.
The business term 'Climbing the ladder' is now done only in the yard.
No more clocks to punch.. Lots of r&r and activity is healthy.
Lazy summers off again is the best. Bicycles, car joyrides, bbq, hobbies..
Estate sales, Ebay, can be rewarding. Second chance on Items from the past that got away or even saving money on more current items. Is sort of odd to walk into someones house to check out their 'store'..Have found 'gold'.
Regular lawn chair get togethers at cruises or patio, Gratiot, Woodward, Downriver.
Still drive the 79 Mustang Cobra bought when i was 28 from good ol' Roy O"Brien Ford.
Fords and VW's. Never owned a GM product even being from a GM employee family.
Have small backyard garden.patches. .Birds, bugs, no lawn spraying. Riding mower.
Tomatos, honeydew melons, grown from seeds..Learned that in kindergarden.
You are 'over the hill' only when starting to go downhill.
Aft or midnite shift worked well. Traffic was backed up on the other side of eway.
Most work was a 26 mile commute. Shop, eat, sight see, or visit on the way home
Key to finally being on time for work= alarm clock that sounds like my forklift backup alarm.
Being early or late is still valid. Drama.is for <50 year olds..
One item a bit harder to keep track...Expand for more

Missed #40 reunion if it happened. Did #50 happen?
The 1/2 day reunions were too short.
Visiting with everyone in one place is a rare experience..
Is cool to come across an old yearbook other than HS.1970.
Still remember hearing 45's played at EJH lunch room.
Bag of BBQ chips, ice cream sammies, milk lunch all for for .35 at Eastland Annex.
Recalling our great teachers names and stories K-12+ with others is always a hoot...
Linking so many school stories that one never knew about with other unforgettable ones.
Did get to visit my SCS kindergarden school during voting day 11/2020.
Same 50's blue tile in restroom. Seen EJH, Roseville HS, Kment, gyms same day too.
Never did very well in math until something clicked at MCCC
Extra homework. and paying for classes resulted in (A's shop math, geometry) B in algebra. Saved the work. How the heck did i do all that?
.Thank you to Ms.Wells, Mr. Mrofka, Mr Molnar, Mr Hoeroff, for their tuff teaching styles.
Everything resulted in a successful 35+ year in the auto industry, Mostly unionized.
Layoffs, forced ot, crazy work schedules, heat. Survived.by choice.
