Krista's Story
Life
I graduated with a BSN from Boston College in 1995. I remained in the Boston area for several years working at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Many summers were spent in Newport RI, living the life of a rock star. Things slowed down when I met my husband (in Newport). We were married 6/22/2002. unning non-stop since then. Our newest addition, Brooke Ava arrived 8/20/2006. I am currently working at Hartford Hospital doing Quality Assurance for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. I keep the doc's statistics and try to implement programs to help the lab improve. It's certainly not a very popular job- but it allows me to work from home three days a week and continue to be a force in my children's lives.
