Kristen (Kris)'s Story

Life After graduating from Napa High, I went far away to Abilene, Texas to go to college at Abilene Christian University. I met my husband in my Junior year and we were married a month after I graduated. After spending two years deciding what I wanted to do with my life, I went back to school and got my teaching certification. We moved to California two years ago after 14 years in Texas together. There are no children, but we do have three dogs. My new life love is world travel. Please let me know where and how you are! College They only ask...Expand for more
ed questions about my Bachelor Degree experience. I also received a Teaching Certification in both General Education, Grades 1-8 and Special Education, Grades K-12 from the University of North Texas in 1990 or 1991, I can't remember which! Workplace I have been a teacher for 12 years. I taught the first 10 years in Texas, and have taught the last two in Santa Rosa, California. I have taught in grades K-8, all Special Education classes. Right now I teach RSP 8th grade and I love it. Teaching is my calling and I can't imagine doing anything else.
