Kristie's Story
I live in Sanford, Maine, in a small duplex my husband & I purchased about 11 years ago. We sold our home in Wells to dabble in the real estate market, but we all know how that has turned out now don't we?
I became a widow when my husband died of lung cancer very suddenly one week before Christmas in 2008. It surely has given me a brand new outlook on life itself. We all need to refocus, love and appreciate each other, tell our wives/husbands and family/friends how very much we love them whenever they leave our side to go to work, to the store, anywhere, as it may be the last time we may see them. It is so true. I honestly do not know what I would have done if I did not have my faith in the Lord after my husband's death. I do not know how people can get through life without the love of God. It all started at the First Baptist Church on Main Street in Plaistow, NH!
I have one son, James, 32, and I am a Nana of 4 years! I have a beautiful granddaughter named Camdyn, born Sept. 2006. Cami is the love of Nana's life! I love being a Nana and would spend every waking minute with her if I could!

there and placed me in Presentation of Mary right after the famous "Teachers Strike" and took me away from all my friends. Although, I did enjoy, had a great eduction at PMA, and made wonderful friends there, I felt so disconnected from all in Timberlane, all the friends I had grown up with - some all the way since Mrs. Shaw's Sweet Hill Kindergarten! My life never did seem the same anymore after leaving Timberlane and my friends. I have always missed you all!
As far as PMA, I miss you all, too, and would love to hear from any of you girls. Where is everyone? We certainly had a lot of memories at PMA, didn't we? I can't believe that I had to double up with most of my classes during my junior and senior years just to graduate! Boy, did I work and study those 2 years! I was the only Baptist girl in an all girl Catholic school. I put Sister Theresa through some real good "discussions" in Religion Class! I remember her telling my mom that I certainly was a "spark" in her class those years!
Well, I would love to hear from anyone from Timberlane or Presentation of Mary from the years of 1972 - 1976 or from Pollard School (LOL) way back when!
Well, love you all! Kristie Signor Cote
