Kristie's Story
Life:
I was married to Danny Carpenter (East High class of 1976) until his death in 1994 (lymphoma). We had one daughter together, Katie. She is married, has a 10 year old daughter and a 7 year old son, and a 5 yr old daughter. They live close to me in Arlington, Texas.
I remarried in 1996 and had two 2 sons. They are 17 and 15 years old. Their father and I have been divorced since 2006.
I was diagnosed with an autoimmune liver disease (Primary Biliary Cir...Expand for more
rhosis) in 2007.I am unable to work/disabled and currently on the waiting list for a liver transplant. I've gained a few pounds, and a few gray hairs too. I guess that's what happens when we get "old".
I enjoy seeing familiar names, and finding out what everyone has been up to all these years.
I sure miss Colorado! I used to try to get to the mountains every summer for a while - to refresh my soul. Sadly, it has been several years since I made it back "home".
