Kristine's Story
Life
Hey Everyone! How have you all been? Life has been trying for me lately.. that's for sure. My husband is in the Navy, and we got resationed from Everett to Illinois (just outside Chicago) last April. We found out just a month before that that we were expecting our 3rd child, and we were SO happy. Our son was due to be born in November, however, we lost him on July 15th, 2007. This has got to be the most difficult thing that I've ever went through. I never thought I'd have to out live one of my children. Christian will always be an important part of our family and just because he is not with us, does not mean that I don't think about him every single day. As for our girls, they are learning how to deal with the loss of their bro...Expand for more
ther. The holidays are proving difficult for them, since he should be 2 weeks old right now. Trinity is almost 7 so she understands more. Gracie is 3 1/2 now and knows her brother is an Angel in Heaven and lives with Jesus. It's just hard not knowing anyone in the area and going through something like this. Anyway, that's the biggest thing going on in my life right now. I'm still a stay at home mom. I've been working recently on losing weight and have been very successful with it! I'm happy to say that I've lost 26 lbs since the end of October (I'm updating this on Dec. 5th) and I couldn't be happier about that.. I feel so much better! Well, I look forward to hearing from you all! Hope life is well for you! God Bless!
