Kristy's Story
Life
I attended Zerger Elem. in Colo. from the 4th grade to 6th. I was a cheerleader with Lara and Stacey for their brothers football teams. Then went to East Arvada for the 7th. Spent only my 8th grade year at Moore Jr. High, (when I had my first kiss) then we moved and I went to 9th grade at Pecose Jr. High. I was a wrestling cheerlearder there. I move back to Albuquerque, NM and finished high school at Albuquerque High. I was involved with DECA and a Varsity Cheerleader. Then I fell in love. After graduating I attended UNM for 1 year and then started working. I have been married since Aug. 1987. Then started going to T-VI and haven't left yet. I hope to graduate by the end of 2003 or early 2004 with an associates in business administration. I have 3 girls and a boy! The girls are all involved with sports (not cheerleading). My girls are 18, 15 and 13. My son is 5 years...Expand for more
old. I work for my father-in-law running his many apartment complexes through out Albuquerque. Me and Mike are getting divorced after 19 1/2 years of marriage. It's really sad. But life goes on. I have my kids.
Workplace
My first job was at Kaseman Presbyterian Hospital working the information desk. It worked out good because I was going to UNM at the time so I could study at work. The I went to work full-time at Presbyterian, 1st in the businness office then in medical records. After having my first baby I quit to stay home with her. Then I started working for my in-laws. I oversee the managers at the apartment complexes they own. I make sure they are doing their job, I check the books, and evict people for non-payment of rent or any lease violations. At times it seems like I'm a lawyer. The majority of my work is done at home doing the security deposit settlements.
