Kristi's Story
Life
Have been married since 1988, have three beautiful children, son (James) born 1989, daughter (Elizabeth) born 1991, and son (Benjamin) born 1992.
School
I have so many wonderful memories of Hinkley. I really enjoyed my four years on yearbook and the two years I spent in marching band. It has been a great time in my life attending each of the reunions and the mini-reunions that we have had. I am blessed to have made some new friends from some old acquaintances and renewed some old friendships that I feared were long gone. I will always fondly remember many of those wonderful teachers who guided us to the people we are now. Thank you for blessing our lives and helping us along the way. Some day I hope we will be able to tell you how much you mean to us.
Workplace
I have recently gone back to work although not outside the home. I am working for Alpine Access. I am an at home Customer Service Representative for GE Consumer Finance. I love the flexibility this provides me. I am able to work from 7 am to 11 am Monday to Friday. This enables me to have the time to travel with the kids and their band activities. It also allows m...Expand for more
e to have time to coach them for soccer, which I love. I also have been on the local Board of Directors for American Youth Soccer (AYSO) for the past five years and their Regional Registrar for the last four. I am the web mistress for them as well as for my Church and my classmates. Most of all I love spending time with God! My life has taken a turn for the better and I now know where I am going and I like it!
Military
I was a miltary brat, my father retired in 1990 with the rank of SGM. I married an E4 at Fitzsimons on May 14, 1988 and now have three wonderful children with him. He was caught up in the military base closings in 1992 and is now a State employee for the State of Colorado. Our oldest son will graduate in May of 2007 and plans on going to nursing school. He was going to go to military school but decided he loved nursing more, he has been accepted at the University of Northern Colorado. I loved being a military brat and wife and do not regret any day of it. All three children were born at Fitzsimons and it breaks my heart to see the changes there now. Please email me if you ever want to reminise about military life.
