I always wanted to go to college, but at the time I just couldn't afford to go. So I went to school to become a Dental Assistant.
Workplace
During high school, I bussed tables at the cafeteria on post. After dental assisting school, I worked for a dentist for 18 years. Decided that there just was no way I could do that any longer. No money or benefits in a small private practice. My ...Expand for more
sister Nikki, worked for an insurance company and let me know they were hiring, so I applied and became a customer service rep, worked my way to senior rep and now I am a supervisor. Much nicer than working in someones mouth! Well, I got tired of being a supervisor, too much work. Now I am in Quality, so when you hear that recording "this call maybe monitored for quality purposes" that would be me!
