Life
Well now living in Myrtle Beach, SC and learning how to surf again... yeah, its great to see a 52 year old man on a surfboard, huffing and puffing... but hey, why not, give it a shot. Its like anything, keep working at it, and you will finally get it. Next stop Costa Rica, for the bigger waves. The easier thing, is Im learning how to play better golf. The instruction booklet that comes with the set of golf clubs and the mini putt putt really help. And the 19th hole is a benefit for the times I dont break 100. Which is most of the time.

nds from high school, and some I never lost touch. I just talked with one friend, that I have not chatted with in 20 years. It was great talking to Delmer... (you know who). Social media is a wonderful thing.
Workplace
Well I have come full circle. I started selling real estate in Perth for my Dad, and now Im back to selling real estate in Myrtle Beach, SC, after doing a few things in between. Real estate for me, is developing properties. More or less commercial real estate.
