Kurt's Story

I’m from Sheboygan, Wisconsin and still a resident even though I worked in Milwaukee. I’m married to Michele Steinpreis. My schools include North High School, Urban Middle School, Washington Elementary School. I attended Lakeland College (WI) with a double major in Business Management and Computer Science. ent kidney transplant patient, Feb 2021. Things are going well after more than 4 years of dialysis. Feeling great again. Hereditary sucks sometimes. I enjoy playing jazz piano and bass. I also enjoy baking artisan bread and pizza. I practice Soto Zen Buddhism and meditation. Kurt's interests include Music, piano, bass, jazz, movies, reading, grandchildren., baking artisan bread , meditation.

I decided to bite the bullet and ordered this baby. My wood fired pizza oven will be here on Friday. I still can’t bake bread yet, but I don’t think it will be too long before I can get back to it!
After baking the first recipe in “Flour Water Salt Yeast” 3 times, I moved on to the second recipe: Whole Wheat!
Close...I use the “F” word a lot and I’ll be dead in a few years unless I get a kidney.
Oh, I hold grudges. Never forget, never forgive!
