L. D.'s Story
I went to work with Ford Motor Company and retired in JAN.1, 1996. We have three daughters, six grand sons and one grand daughter. The ages range from 10 to 23. We lived in Morrow, Ga. during my career at ford. We moved to Lavonia, Georgia when I retired and have been here for 15 years. We love to travel with friends, We love southern gospel music, We have a vegetable garden each year, We have enjoyed water skiing and snow skiing over the years and we have almost always been involved...Expand for more
in a Southern Baptist Church. Abbie and I still enjoy good health. We get up about 7:00 AM each day and go to a small resturant in Lavonia and have coffee and breakfast with a group of freinds. I still remember the good times we had in school and I realize now how precious they were back then. I still get the old year book out every now and then and renew the aquaintances. If I had an emeny, other than myself I did not realize it. I now think all of my classmates were special people.
