all of the above, because my basic nature is: worry and fret about too many people, things and events. I am way too serious about work and the way things should be. I can become extremely emotional over unexpected things. I do not express myself verbally in a spontaneous situation, but I can be very eloquent when feeling philosophical. I have very old fashion ideas about how we should act towards others. Yet my more modern ideas of how we should treat ourselves, as number one. We need to like ourselves before we can like others. We need to be more tolerant of others and take care of ourselves before we exert so much energy molding others. Unless we have worn another person's shoes we have no idea how they fit and it would be best if we didn't judge!".
