Lanah's Story
I got married in Feb of 1961 and am still married to John. We have 2 girls and 4 grandchildren. My oldest daughter is an RN and my youngest is
Computer Software Tech. 3 of my grandchildren are adults and one is 9.
John and I moved to Ontario Co. in 1967 and started our own business in 1969 and were pretty succesful at it for 25 years. We sold it in 1988 and started another one in 1990 and sold it in 1993. We pretty much have been retired since then. We have a small apartme...Expand for more
nt complex that keeps us busy and supplements SS and retirement pay.
We have done some traveling, but are pretty much home bodies. Have 1 cat and 1 dog. Just ordinary folks. I have done family history for the last 23 years and am still doing it. I volunteer at the Historical Society once in a while when they need help and I am Vice President and in charge of programing for the Ontario County Genealogical Society. Life has been good to me and it has passed quickly it seems.
