Laranne's Story
After high school, I followed a dream and became a professional acro-dancer at "Les Folies Bergere" and "Country Tonite". I danced my way through UNLV, graduating with a BS in Secondary Education and Social Studies. Immediately after earning my degree, I was employed as a teacher by the Clark County School District. his career as an airbrush artist. Soon after, we married and I got a job working as a Pre-Release Teacher at the prison, California Institution for Men. Although no children, we have a Black Labrador mix named Peetie, and a Sphynx cat named Geiger. They are loved and taken care of as if they were children. I miss Las Vegas and my family dearly, but have established a life of my own I thought only possible in my dreams.
