Larry's Story
I moved to Seattle after 2 years at WTSU and attended the University of Washington majoring in Forestry. I had obtained a private pilots license before moving. In Seattle I continued to fly and finished my comeercial, instrument and flight instructor ratings. I moved back to Midland Texas and flew for oil companies until 1981. nd then back to Austin when I was hired by Southwest Airlines. I have also lived in Birmingham Alabama and Odenton Maryland.
I have 6 children, 3 from my first marriage and 3 I adopted from my second marriage.
I reconnected with Lynda Block and we were married in 2006. It was what we should have done 30 years ago. We live North of San Antonio in the hill country surrounded by deer and wildlife. I now fly out of Baltimore and have been a Captain with Southwest for 13 years.
