Larry's Story
I studied math in university: non-commutative ring theory. I'm a lifetime away from that now. Now I live and work in Florida, and I've become a US citizen. I'm a software engineer in the flight simulation industry for CAE USA. I'm married, no children, and I enjoy my life tremendously!

preserve food with micro-organisms. I've made kvass a few times. I've tried to make chinotto (we can't get Brio in Florida, dammit!). I also make sausages of various kinds. I cure and smoke lox whenever Florida gets cool enough.
