Larry Sebby:  

Life I graduated from Serena High School in 1965 and received my BA from Western Ill. University in 1969. I taught music at the Illinois Industrial School from 1969-1972, Sheridan Grade School from 1970-1973, and Serena High School from 1972-1978. I received my Master in Music from NIU in 1972, and a CAS in Ed. Admin. in 1976. From 1978-1980, I was Principal at Otter Creek School in Streator and moved there in 1979. From 1980 to 1992 I was Supt./Prin. of Rutland Grade School at Ottawa. In 1992 I became the Supt. of Woodland Unit 5 in Streator and left in 2000 to become Asst. Supt. of Kankakee District 111. In 2001, I became Supt. of Mendota High School and built a new high school there before retiring in 2004. I was married to the former Pam Workman, from 1974 until 1991. I married the former Karen Dudek in 1998. I have one son, Brian, born in 1978. Karen has 3 children from a prior marriage and those 3 have 12 children.
