Larry's Story
Life
The most difficult concept about life is, it is just what you make of it. The odd thing is that it takes some people a life time to understand. I learned earlier than most to live life to the fullest, we are not guaranteed a tomorrow. Take those vacations and enjoy what you have today, later you may not get the chance. You can surround yourself with people that will keep you down or inspire you to do more with what you have the choice is yours. You must make the decisions necessary and live with the consequences, however have no regrets to the decisions that you made. Be kind and helpful to everyone that you meet and the same will be returned.

a Fire Equipment Manufacturer as shop foreman of the electrical shop. Now I am a full time Firefighter/EMT, and in my off days I have my own business. I am currently seeking a higher position in a Fire Dept some where other than S.C. I am now working in a wire harness manufacturing company in Colorado, making harnesses for aircraft. The job is nice although somewhat frustrating at times.
Military
Life was tough and demanding but the rewards were better than in the civilian life, you did not constantly have to watch your back and once you made the grade you got the respect that came with it. If you did what the job required you got rewarded. U.S. Navy, Chief Petty Officer, wish I had stayed for longer.
