Laura's Story
Greetings, old friends!
It seems like forever, doesn't it? I'm busy teaching school for the School District of Philadelphia. I live in Northeast Philly with my husband, Paul, my dog, and five parrots. I also have two horses who live on a beautiful farm in Buckingham. I'm involved in Philly politics(I'm an elected committeeperson), my community board, and my church, so between teaching and these interests, life is never boring! lute when I can fit it in, and I still adore singing, though my voice is shot from teaching urban America! I'm trying hard to escape from teaching urban America (Can you say burnout?), so if any of you have any school district connections in the suburbs of Philly, I'd owe you forever if you could put in a good word for me!
