Laura's Story
Life
Wow. I guess my life has been close to a roller coaster ride. Now that I look back, I can see the highs and lows. I wouldn't change to much, because it has made me who I am today, and I am proud of who I have become. Not that there isn't always room for improvement and I still learn from life as it comes. I was born in North Jersey, but I moved to PA, where most of my moms family was. I was in the third grade and attended Twin Valley Elementary. My teacher was Mrs Hart. That is where I met one of my best friends, Teresa. We have been friends ever since. When I was in the eleventh grade, I became pregnant with my oldest daughter and It was time to grow up. From then on out, I have been focused and devoted to making a good life for my family. I moved to FL, became a certified cosmotologist and had two more children. one day at a time, while still looking to improve the future.
School
If anyone knew me, they knew who my biggest crush was. Even the object of my crush knew. Danny Blake! Why? I have no idea, but from the third grade until at least the eighth grade, every time I saw him I got butterflies. I will never forget that feeling. Some of my best and most memorable moments were the votech bus ride. We always had a blast. Then there was riding to and from school with Teresa, an doing things we shouldn't have. Which brings me to Cosmetology with Linette and the girls. We had a great time practicing on eachother. I sure miss those times. Ofcourse, most of my memories during highschool but out of school are of Job and Jason. We had a lot of great times. Hey Jason, thanks for saving Bandit! I will never forget that. And Job and his hotrods. Weren't you so cool going backwards down the road and up the embankment. Wish I had a video camera then. We could have won on Funniest Home Videos for sure.
