I actually did not get my diploma from Hayes high school until 1990. I finished my first AA in criminology at St Leo College (1990), and submitted my credits to Delaware county and was awarded my diploma in 1990 from Hayes, just months before my first daughter graduated HS in 1991. I finished my first BA in 1992, right before HURRICANE ANDREW blew through my home and college. I went to nursing school at the age of 40 and have completed my ADN & BSN, started MSN but then 911 happened and flying home to Univ. of Miami from NY (travel nursing assignment) became a problem. I joined the Army Reserves weeks before my 48 th BDay, right after this war broke out. I am currently on active duty with the Army (CPT) at Ft Benning GA. I am now working on my Masters in Leadership/disaster preparedness. I have three living children that have all went to college. I have a daughter (Jennifer) that is a respiratory therapist with a 12 yr old son (Johnathyn). My eldest son (John) and his wife (Raimy) are teachers and have two children, (girl-4 (Elizabeth Laura), boy-2 (John III)). My youngest son (Joseph) recently married a former Dolphin cheerleader,(Kristine) (2005/2006) who just completed her RN and he is a graduate of FIU. I will be getting two new children soon. I am adopting a 8yr old girl and a 10 yr old boy, that are brother and sister. I have come a long way since I hitchhiked out of Delawar...Expand for more
