Life Two months after graduation I left for Europe where I spent the next 2 years working and hitchhiking. ve two grandaughters. I've worked in banking, ICBC,for logging companies and then spent 20 years in an employee owned machine shop where I was a salesperson for large equipment parts. Very interesting job dealing with people all over the world. We retired in 2004 and have been travelling extensively since. The more we travel the more we realize that Vancouver Island is paradise.
