Laurel's Story
Life
After transferring from Anderson College to the College of Charleston, I got a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology with a minor in dance. After I graduated in 2003...I got married! My husband's name is Nicholas Shaler. We lived in Florida for a couple of years while he finished serving a 5 year term in the NAVY. reenville where I am working as a Licensed Master Social Worker (in Mental Health) for Veterans Affairs. Nick is a graduate of USC and works for American Services. I will begin my PhD program this year. I continue to stay very involved with my home church, Northgate, and enjoy being involved with dance and pageants.
