Lauren/Laya's Story
Life
The past thirty years have seemed like several lifetimes because I've packed in so much. I've done a fair share of volunteer work (including the red cross and literacy programs) been a make-up artist in the entertainment industry, worked with kids in residential treatement facilities, gotten my MA in applied psychology, and written a self help book for teens (using the name 'Aunt' Laya Saul). and I lived in different places in Colorado, from a log cabin in the mountains to the city of Denver. As of 2004, we live in the north of Israel. I have homeschooled my kids on and off. As a family, we have traveled the US in an RV and hope to do more of that. We plan to do some traveling in Europe and even take an African safari. I'm fairly observant in my religion.
