Laurie's Story
Life
I've been married to my husband Paul for 30 years. We live in a small town in the Monterey Bay area. I work for the local water district. We have two sons, one still at home, a dog, a cat, and a chicken. I like to quilt in my liesure time. My mother lives nearby and my brother, Bob (Millikan 67) lives in the Sacramento area. I am a member of the Sierra Club. I like to birdwatch and garden....Expand for more
Now that our sons are grown, I am finding that I have more time (yippee!) and maybe I'll find a way to help other people and make a difference for a better world. ("and world peace") I also want to travel. That's it in a nutshell. What are you up to?
Workplace
I have a B.A. in Geography and studied Cartography. I do research, customer service and autocad mapping for our local Water District.
