Laurie's Story

Laurie attended Staatsburg Union School from 1948 to 1962 when Staatsburg centralized with the Hyde Park School District, and she then graduated from F.D.Roosevelt High in 1963. She later graduated from Dutchess Community College. She furthered her education at SUNY New Paltz. Sh...Expand for more
e was an Instuctor for ten years at Dutchess Community College in the Early Childhood Ed. Dept. until she moved to Oregon where she did substitute teaching. In later years she pursued a lifelong interest and graduated from Artistic School of Hair Design in 1996. She is now retired.
