Laurie's Story
Life
i have 4 children. ages 14,15,16,22
3 daughters and 1 son
my oldest daughter goes to college in PA. she is studying to become a physican's assistant.
my 2 middle children go to Gilbert high
and my youngest is still in pearson who will be attending Oliver Wolcott school next year.
i have return back to school and looking to get my degrees in Business Management and Criminal Justice.
i will graduate with my A.S. in Business in the fall of 2008 and my A.S. in Criminal Justice in the fall of 2009.
Im looking to work in the financial aid office of a college and also to become a victims advocate to help to put and end to Domestic Violence. I have 18 years personal experience with it so i feel as though i have a head start on trying to put and end to it.

never go back to high school days.
was always picked on and the students there
made my life hell, so i quit.
yes it was a mistake to quit, but i learned
to live life the harder way, and learned
alot more that way then a class room would have
taught me.
College
im now a full time college student and loving it
i look forward to walking down that graduation isle
and knowing that all my hard work and studying paid off.
graduating with 2 degrees is an accomplishment that im very proud of, and hope that with these degrees i can help make a difference.
Workplace
im a part time student worker at the college in the financial aid office, and i run a workshop at at the college every friday, and i work part time in the retail world.. walmart...lol gotta love wally world...
