LaVonne's Story
Hey. I can still play the clarinet! Usually in the Madison SD Community summer band. But not this summer. I live in Madison with my husband Brian. We have 2 grown children Emily and Mitch. Emily cuts hair at Great Clips in Sioux Falls. Her 28 month old Henry Brian is with me once or twice a week- he is all boy and a lot of fun and work 😉but it is ok work.. My son Mitch graduated from USD and is the assistant manager of the Lewis Drug in Madison. He is currently living in our downstairs and yeah...he's moved out before and shall again. I don't work for an income anymore... I was an educational aide for a lot of years and the proofreader at the Madison Daily Leader for a couple years. I do volunteer at Valient Living (former Ecco),and as I mention too often Henry and I are pretty connected, I also have a 6 month old 4 pound Maltese...Expand for more
and a nine month old almost 11 pound gray tabby cat named Gracie. I've had pets forever. I like to make our front landscape really pretty in the summer and spend a lot of time outside. I also got a bike and ride it around a little bit. The winter gets way too long for me but I and read, go to the cheap theatre in Sioux Falls to see a movie now and then ,try and enjoy the beauty of the South Dakota snow on days I can make myself and just get through it! And having Henry come up breaks up the week. I drive down thd Valley Road every so often just cause I think it is a really pretty drive and has good memories that started in Montose . I don't do facebook ...I fail at technolgy computer stuff in general cause I don't really like it. So that about sums up my life I think. I will enjoy hearing about everybody and how they are doing.
