Lee Ann's Story
Life
Married 40+ years. We have 2 wonderful daughters, and we live in Bowie, MD, just east of DC.
After 28 years service, I retired in 2007 from the AF Reserves with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During my AF career, I lived in Florida and California. I separated from active duty in 1984 and went into reserves & moved from California to Maryland (so my husband & I could be together!). Also, I was a federal government civilian for a few years until 1994, at Andrews AFB and Pentagon.
My mom, the Algebra teacher Mrs. Joanne Kelly, lived in Mississippi and passed away in May 2015 at t...Expand for more
he age of 82 from a sudden brain stroke.
I love living in Maryland, near Washington DC, Baltimore & Annapolis and consider myself a Marylander, but still have a soft spot for the "Memphis State Tigers!" Always something to do in this area and so close to lots of activities.
Would like to hear from former high school and college classmates, just curious how people turned out.
College
Attended Memphis State University (now University of Memphis); graduated August 1979; majored in business management & minored in accounting. Took AF ROTC all 4 years & was commissioned 2Lt upon graduation.
