Life - you can contact me on facebook too. I live in Washington State in the south eastern portion, with my wife Anya and our three year old son Christian. We live in the Tri-Cities, about 2 ½ hours south of Spokane and 3 ½ east of Seattle. Believe it or not, this part of WA is fairly dessert like, with only 9 inches of rain a year. Actually a bit too dry. Not like the west side of WA at all. I lived there for 4 years and got water logged before moving over here. I work at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation in the area of environmental cleanup. While the cold war ultimately defeated the USSR, it also left us with about 53 million gallons of liquid nuclear waste to deal with in underground tanks. (waste by-products of producing plutonium for weapons) The Department of Energy is building a multi-billion dollar vitrification plant to glassify the waste and enclose it into stainless steel containers, then ship it to Nevada for underground storage. The plant won’t be complete and operational for another 10 years or so.
