Leeann's Story
Graduated from Berry Academy in 1978. Graduated in 1982 from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner). Married David in 1981.....moved to Atlanta in 1983 while David worked on his masters degree at Georgia Tech.
Moved to Melbourne, Florida in 1984...watched the shuttle explode in January 1986 from a school near the Cape.... and then moved to Huntsville, Alabama in 1986 (we call Huntsville our home). d now, second grade for 2 years....in 2007, I received the award for Elementary Teacher of the Year in the Huntsville City Schools system in Huntsville, Alabama.
I have 2 children who are both in high school at Grissom High....also have 3 English Bulldogs that are our furry children... my daughter competes in equestrian hunter/jumper and equitation events and has her own horse...she has been involved with horses since she was 7 years old...my son played many sports and has a love for football...
