Life
After leaving NO attended DeAnza college in Cupertino California, near San Francisco. It took 3 years to meet all general education requirements then transferred to UCLA where I majored in Microbiology and Genetics. Following graduation decided to pursuit a PhD in science but quickly realized that I enjoyed business aspect of Life Science rather then research. Found by a recruiter and placed into Molecular Simulations now Accelrys as a junior sales rep. Sold in the US for 1 year ...Expand for more
then transferred to Tokyo Japan to drive sales in Asia. Stayed in Japan for 4 years (97-02) and ultimately managed all of our Asia business between 00-02. In 02 transferred back to the US and managed sales in the western region and subsequently leaving accelrys in 03 to join Dendrite as Sr. Director of Sales. Started with Dendrite in August of 03 and "thats all folks!".
Been a long time since I updated, so much has happened. Did 15 years in Pharma and now in Biotech. Still in Asia...
