Leo's Story
Before arriving at Newman Prep, I served 4 years in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Enterprise CVA(N) 65 and later the USS Wasp CVS 18. After leaving Newman Prep, I went to UMass Boston and graduated in 1970 with a BA in Psychology. Then I went to Boston University where I got an Ed.M. in Counselor Education/School Psychology. Human Development and Education in 1983. I have taught full-time for 12 years at Rivier University and almost 20 years at Plymouth State University where I am currently professor emeritus. I currently serve as an adjunct faculty member at Plymouth State University and Keene State College. I also am a volunteer parent educator at the Men's and Women's Prisons in Concord, NH. I am married with two adult children, two rescue dogs, an a horse.
