Leonard's Story
Following graduation from high school, Leonard graduated from New Jersey School of Architecture at New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He is licensed as an Architect in New York and in Florida and practiced architecture for over 20 years, and was a General Contractor in his own design-build firm for almost 10 of those years.

Law in New York and in Florida and practiced in the Real Estate department of Cadwalader Wichersham & Taft LLP in New York City. Currently he practices Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, and Construction Law in the Miami, Florida office of the law firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Miami Chapter of teh American Institute of Architects. He was a past co-Chair of the Professional Practice Committee of the New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
