Bethlehem Steel Company in Bethlehem as a journeyman Machinist until they closed the rolling mills and sold the forging division (Beth Forge) in '97. I have a standing job offer with the new owners of the newly created Lehigh Heavy Forge if I so whould chose to accept. I transfered to Bethlehem Steel's new mill near Chicago. I have been working as a heavy industrial overhead crane operator here since '98. I will still have the chance to get back into the Machine Shop when openings eventually occur.
