After school, went to DeVry Tech Institute.. After graduating worked at Motorola for about a year, then with my Father in his TV store for about 3 years, then Cook Electric in Morton Grove for about 7 years as an electric tech, then Speed-O-Tron in Chicago designing photographic Lighting equipment and ultimately plant manager, then Beattie-Coleman in Tennessee as plant manager, then Western Electric in Schaumburg in systems engineering, then Ferranti Packard in Mississauga, Ontario running Field Service, and finally at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for the last 25 years as an IT/MIS person and ultimately Manager in Trading Floor Operations. Recently retired in June of 2008 from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (now CME Group). Married twice, first time was 9 years, then divorced. Had one daughter in that marriage. Married to Lynne for the last 27 years and adopted her daughter when she was about 2 years old. Lost her (Rebecca) in a car accident 11...Expand for more
