Hi, Everyone - greetings from Southern CA!
I live in the beautiful area of La Costa, a neighborhood in the quintessential beach town of Carlsbad CA in North San Diego County. Very laidback living. I've been in CA since '76 - and you know I always loved the beach! And the weather here can't be beat.
I'm in the hotel industry (challenging times, these days), and recently went to work for InterContinental Hotels Group as an Area Manager for the San Diego market. I get to help our many hotels develop ways to improve their sales, revenue, and operations. This allows me to utilize my many years in the industry by teaching others.

beautiful coastline. Southern CA is great for the weather, but nothing beats the incredible coastline of Big Sur, Santa Cruz, or San Mateo County. My passion is hiking along the coast of Monterey County (Pt. Lobos State Reserve), or in the redwoods of Henry Cowell State Park (Santa Cruz County). Recently posted some pictures of both on my Facebook page.
For fun, I enjoy swimming in the pool, BBQ'ing with friends, hanging out at the beach, home improvement projects (I have my own workshop in the garage), gardening, wine tasting, the Blues, and hiking. My latest kick is belly dancing - great aerobic excercise and very challenging.
